We believe that the youth are responsible for assuming a pioneering role in dealing with the problems of life as they represent the most significant element in the comprehensive social and economic development process of modern societies. The youth also represent a social force characterized by a high degree of activity and vitality due to their ability to 1. Develop in the physical, mental, social, psychological, and educational spheres at their age. 2. Innovate and actively participate in all issues of interest to their societies. All the above-mentioned points place the youth at the heart of the social process and social responsibility in a society’s renaissance and development. Therefore to ensure that the youth play their role competently, YOUNGSTERS CENTER is deeply responsible for forming youth attitudes toward social responsibility, by working on their upbringing and rehabilitating them in a way suits the role assigned to them, and providing activities and programs are aimed at refining their talent and their personalities, preparing them for active participation in sustainable development, inculcating values of teamwork and volunteering, and equipping them with the life skills

Organization will try to do many different things in order to attain these goals. For example, It will hold a weekly "Combination" meeting where it will bring together diverse groups of young people to explore cultural, racial, and sexual issues. But also it will be involved in many aspects of youth's lives, and offers opportunities for leadership development and guidance for both education and careers. Young people will transform feelings and experiences about youth issues into music, dance, and drama. They will perform their skits in their neighborhoods and at schools, community centers, and prisons. They will perform on stage, and some of their works
